Routing and Scheduling system, last service date based |
|
|
Medium to Large
size companies. |
|
This
is our more expensive product. |
|
Design |
|
The
design of this version is based on setting up each customers service
accounts with the type of service, all the basic information about
each account and how often it should be worked based on the last
service date. This information is
stored in the Service Account Master file. You then run call
list reports that produces a list of accounts that are due for the
time frame you've selected. You then run the scheduling program to
schedule routes from the call list report. Any service accounts that
are setup as Pre-Scheduled are automatically scheduled for you during
the posting process.
|
|
|
|
Scheduling |
|
Every job or stop is controlled
and scheduled through the Scheduling Program. You can schedule stops from the
CFM (Customer File Maintenance) screen as well.
Once a route is scheduled, you then produce work order tickets and route sheets from the
scheduling program. After a route has been
worked, you then Update that route from the scheduler to the work
order file to then be posted as completed. The Next Service Date
is calculated during the posting process, if the account is
setup as Pre-Scheduled, it gets scheduled in the scheduling
system at that time. |
|
|
|
Last Service Date |
|
This version is based on last service date to reset the Next Service Date
during the posting process. Each and every service account must either
be Scheduled and Posted or Skipped in order to roll the next service
date up.
Example: If
you setup an account for the 2nd Tuesday of every
Month at 10:00am for Route 002 and setup as
Un-Scheduled. The Next Service Date is already set based on
the last service date. The recurring setup for this account is
used to help the user reset the next service date during the posting
process.
|
|
|
|
Call List Report |
|
This version
will produce a Call List
Report for a selected time frame. User will then
schedule or skip stops based on that report using the scheduling
system. If an account had been setup for Pre-Scheduled
instead of Un-Scheduled, it would already be scheduled and would
indicate so on the call list report or would not show up at all based
on user preference. |
|
|
|
Schedulers |
|
This
version offers two
styles of Schedulers, one loads from your open work order
file based on
user preference.
Style I is a
Pre-Scheduled style and Style II is a
route-day-timer style. Style II is the main scheduling program.
