Will ProServe
II handle sales commissions
?
YES, a Salesman may be setup with a commission rate for each Service
Code that you may have. Example: Salesman ABC could be setup with a
5% rate on P10-Pest Control and a 8% rate on T20-Termite
Pretreatment etc... Commissions can be printed from the Sales Ledger
report and is also protected under the password options. Commissions
are based on Post Date of Work Orders. You
can also setup a commissions counter for each service account. (pay on
1st 3 postings) |

Will ProServe
II run on a
network ?
YES, ProServe II is a multi-user platform that is
designed to run on a network or a single computer. You will need to
purchase a "UserID License" for each user or client that
will access ProServe II data across your network. ProServe II comes with
one UserID License. |

Can I setup more than
one company in ProServe II ?
YES, you can setup 1 to 96 companies in
ProServe II. Company 96 is reserved for the Sample Company that comes
with the product. Some data files are common like the Terms file,
Zip Code file etc... and you can copy company 01 files into new
companies during the add company process.

What Accounting
program comes with ProServe II ?
ProServe II comes with a Work Order, Sales Order,
Accounts Receivable, Purchase Order and Inventory Control systems.
We have a Accounts Payable program that is sold separately
that will link to the Vendor and Inventory files of ProServe II.
Currently ProCheckAP is not linked to the Purchase Order system
within ProServe II. |

Does ProServe
II offer
Inventory Control ?
YES, ProServe II allows you to setup items as a
"cost" or "sale" item and allows you to set its
own ratio of how it is handled during order entry. Like 60 to 1 or
12 to 1. During order entry you can post supplies used for that work
order or actually sale items on a work order or sales order.
It acts just like a standard order entry program that you would find
in any basic accounting sales order program. A type "sale"
will add that sale to the whole order where as a type
"cost" will only record it as costs not as a sale item.
This allows you to post chemical usage as well as sale items within
the same WO or SO. You can also recur items. |

Does ProServe
II offer a
Scheduler program ?
YES, ProServe II offers two
styles of schedulers, both allow you to re-schedule work orders
without effecting the service account. Both are
based on work orders being "pre-scheduled".
Style I, It
loads by first selecting a department and
then the time frame and then optional Route, Service Code, Technician, Zip or
Map Code. The scheduler loads all Work Orders and displays a table
of dates that in turn displays open work orders scheduled for that
date. A Work Order can also be re-scheduled from the Customer File
Maintenance screen. see

Can I recur
supplies/inventory items?
YES, ProServe II allows you to
recur items from the inventory file, also it has what is called Service
Units and customized shipping add-on items. The service units are used
mostly by
the air deodorizing industry but can be used by any industry. A shipping add-on
could be fuel sub-charge for example. |

Is
ProServe compatible with PDA Devices ?
YES, We offer a Palm Powered or Pocket PC
compatible Interface Utility add-on product for the ProServe II

Does ProServe
II offer a
Report Writer to create custom reports ?
YES, The ReportEASY utility
program allows you to select any database and fields to create
custom reports. ProServe II comes with the runtime version of the
Visual FoxPro "Modify Report" program that will allow you
to create a custom Report Form. This will require some knowledge of
Visual FoxPro or at least of how to work with the "Modify
Report" window. The "Modify Report" command is a
basic windows drag-and-drop interface program. Custom reports are
unique to each user because they are stored on a users local

Does ProServe

Export Utility program ?
YES, The ExportEASY utility
program allows you to select any database and fields to export
out into many different file formats from Excel to non-delimited
text files. see

Can I use my
existing or custom forms with ProServe II ?
YES, ProServe II offers several types of
Work/Sales Order forms designed for a Laser printer as well as a Custom Form
Grid utility program for "Work Orders", "Statements",
"Reminder Notices" and "Index Cards" used with Dot
Matrix printers. This Custom Form Grid Utility will allow you to Edit/Modify
the Form Grids to fit most any form you may have or desire. see

Can I maintain
Termite accounts as well as Pest Control accounts in ProServe II ?
YES, ProServe II is designed to setup
each customer as a single
Billing Account (accounts receivable) with un-limited Service
Accounts under that one account. This allows you to manage
all types of services for each customer. So both termite
type services and general pest control can be setup under the same account. You can
use the Department file to separate different types of services to help
manage your company as well. see

Will ProServe II enter
change its data with QuickBooks ?
YES,
optional add-on program called
QuickBooks Export Utility

Will I be able to
print address labels in ProServe II ?
YES, ProServe II offers mailing labels
using Avery 5160 1 X
2-5/8 three across labels for Laser or Ink Jet printers and 3-1/2 X 15/16
one across for Dot Matrix printers. ProServe also offers mass mail outs of
custom letters created with the "Letter File Maintenance" system
as well as Index Cards. see

How does
ProServe II handle History files ?
ProServe II allows the user to determine when and
what to purge from the history files. Each month the close program will
transfer current closed records to history files where they will stay until
they are purged by the user. These files are as follows: Customer AR, AR Cash
Receipts, AR Invoice, AR Statements, Sales Order, Purchase Order,
Cancellation and the Status Summary file.

Does EasyBee
Software offer custom programming ?
YES, I can develop custom reports and programs
for you at a very reasonable hourly rate. These custom programs can easily be
added to a "Custom Reports" menu system built into ProServe II. This
will be unique to your system while still allowing you to download and
install updates to keep your copy up-to-date without effecting
any custom programs you may have.

Can I download
updates for ProServe II ?
YES, we will post "patch" updates for download on
our Support Page. We offer this service FREE to licensed users.
A "patch" is a fix or enhancement to the program that we choose
not to charge for. We will even send out e-mail notices on new postings. But
we reserve the right to charge for any "New Release Upgrade" at
any time and this is spelled out in the "License Agreement".

What Time
Increments does ProServe II offer for recurring service ?
ProServe II offers 9 Schedule Types, they are by default:
Yearly, Monthly,
Every 3 Weeks, Every 2 Weeks, Weekly, Every 6 Weeks, Every 8 Weeks, Every 10 Weeks and Every 2
Years. Yearly, Monthly and 52 Week Calendar are built into the program and
cannot be customized. The last 6 types can be customized
because they are based on weekly or daily increments.

Can I Print a Termite Contract ?
YES, ProServe II offers 4 Styles of WO forms that can be customized to fit
your current forms. Style IV is the best one to use as a Termite Contract.
You could use Style III as your Wood Infestation Report and so on.. see

Can ProServe II Display
Maps ?
YES, ProServe II can now allow
you to access Maps & Streets
saved as BMP (bitmap) files from other programs. This
includes Scand documents, Word, Excel etc... You can even print these
images from within ProServe II.

Can ProServe
dial a phone number ?
NO, at one time you could dial phone numbers from
the CFM screen and from both Schedulers. But now with v2.01e (e-mail feature, it will
no longer display the Phone Dialer during CFM, also very few computers comes
with modems now days)

Does ProServe
II offer WDO Reports?
YES, ProServe II comes with a trial WDO
report designed for the state of California. This report can be customized to fit
most any state. This report is an extra charge because it has to be customized to
