  • This software series is a recurring service management and scheduling software program with work order, production side and accounts receivable with inventory control, built on the concept of customizable key terminology files to fit most any service industry.
  • Both handles Sales Tax with a State Rate, County Rate and City Rate.
  • Both are compatible with an optional QuickBooks Export Utility sold separately.

  • Pest Control Service, Termite Inspection Service,  Air Sanitizing and Deodorizing Service, Equipment Rental and Maintenance, Mower and Lawn Care, Septic Tank Service, Window Cleaning Service,  Animal Control  Service, Computer Support Service and Web Design and Maintenance companies. It's a very unique program that allows you to provide a service and sale inventory items at the same time, on the same work order or invoice.
  • With the ProServe II Series software you can customize the department file, service codes, your own route file, technician file, terms and your own schedule types to FIT your specific industries terminology. This is what makes this software series so uniquely versatile to fit most any recurring service type industry.
General Features
  • It's design centers around setting up Service Codes and then setting up "Customers" with as many Service Accounts as needed for recurring services. Any "Service Account" can be set up for Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, 52 Week Calendar or Daily. You actually can customize Six of the Nine Schedule Types to fit your needs. Each of those six schedule types could be setup as Weekly or Daily bases.
  • This series is developed in Microsoft Visual FoxPro 8.0. It's a Microsoft Windows Database program, it can share it's data with other Windows programs with a ReportEASY and ExportEASY utility program included. (Includes ODBC drivers)
  • It's design incorporates a standard pull down menu system found in most Windows software products. It takes advantage of the Windows Print Manager so printing works like any other Windows program.
  • Both versions are multi-user platforms and comes with all the tools you need with One UserID License to run on a Single computer. For a Network, you must purchase an Additional "UserID License"  for each client.
  • All Reports and Forms are designed for Laser and Ink Jet Printers.
  • The system offers Custom "Form Grids" for Work Order/Invoice, Statements, Reminder Notice and Index Cards for printing to Dot Matrix printers.
  • You can choose from many different styles of Work Order / Invoice forms to fit your specific needs as well as make modifications to any of these forms. You could insert your company logo onto your Invoice form.
  • Remote Utility program will allow a company to maintain AR from the Host Site and share Inventory and Vendor files along with other files across your company Remote Site network. Each Remote Site will run as a independent site but AR is transmitted to Host on a nightly bases. Host can also create all PO's across your sites. This requires a Remote Communications program such as pcAnywhere or CarbonCopy to transmit files back and fourth. The Remote Utility program handles the rest. This is not a constant link between sites.
  • The Help System explains each Menu Option and Procedure by Topic and allows user to print. It is designed on the HTML platform and works like any other Windows based help system.
  • We can Develop "Custom Reports" and "programs" for your company, these programs can be placed in the Custom Reports Menu.  This allows you to run custom programs but does not limit your ability to download updates to keep your copy up-to-date.
  • Both has a Phone Number Dialer on the CFM Screen (Customer File Maintenance) and Scheduler Detail Screen. (requires a Standard Modem connected to a COM port and a Standard Telephone or Headset connected to the modem) (a Voice Modem is NOT required)

  • For a Remote DUN connection, we offer a Remote AppClient, this Client option will run the application from the local client rather than from the shared Server. The basic Client runs the software applications form the shared server and works great for most networks and is very common among multi-user software products. The AppClient will download the application files from the server to the remote computer as needed so it can be executed at the local level to improve speed and performance. This type of Client is recommended for DUN connections. (Dial-Up Networking).
  • You can store multiple Bitmap Images to each Service Account that can be displayed or printed. This allows you to access MS-MapPoint maps, digital images and documents for each service account.
  • Both comes with a StartUp Wizard to help you get started. This Wizard will walk you through setting up your company, it will also allow you to post history to each account and close out history to the starting point of your 1st Work Order Creation.
Which product is right for me?
The answer to this question depends on how you answer these questions below.
  • Would you want to create all your work in advance and then print work tickets and schedules by route for each technician, so your technicians can work jobs as scheduled and re-schedule as needed to get it done? Then you need to look at our ProServe II product.

  • Or would you want in-office persons to schedule each days route using a day-timer type scheduler and then print tickets and schedules for each technician on a day-to-day bases? Then you need to look at our ProServe II PLUS product.

This product is designed for the small to medium size companies. It's offered in an United States or Australian / UK version. It's design is based on Pre-Scheduled recurring services. It's a Recurring based system.

This product is designed for the medium to large size companies. United States version only. It's design is based on Routing and Scheduling. It's a Next Service Date based system.
