I print only my commercial work orders each month. I sort them by map code. My printer stopped after a couple were printed. There was an error message that suggested changing the ink cartridge (Desk Jet) I changed the cartridge & when printing resumed, the rest of my W.O.'s were missing important info, such as "Bill to" and "service to" fields as well as the comments field. If I print an individual W.O. from the CSR menu, this still happens.
How can I get back to printing my W.O.'s normally?
I just went back into the CSR menue> Order inquiry> Print, and the WO printed normally. It seems that the problem has fixed itself! I had tried this same test earlier and I was getting partial WO"s without anything in the comments field, or even any of my company info. It looks OK for now, I will let you know if it happens again.
