Troubleshooting
 

Problem
Cannot find the WorkPDA Utility Tools program listed in my Start/Programs Menu.
Resolution
You may not have install Stage II..
  • Do NOT execute this procedure if your PDA Device and this Utility is working properly. The only reason you would need to execute these instructions is if you turned off the Launch the program option during the end of Stage I of the installation process.

  1. Close all Programs, this will need to re-start your system.

  2. Select Start

  3. Select Programs

  4. Locate and select EasyBee Software LLC

  5. Select Install WorkPDA Utility Tools


Problem
The WorkPDA application is not installed on my PDA Device.
Resolution

Problem
I accidentally deleted the WorkPDA application off my PDA Device.
Resolution
  • Re-do Step 9 on Install Page

  • Synchronize Twice to reload all forms and data onto PDA device.


Problem
The WorkPDA application is installed on my PDA device, but I don't see the Work Orders or Contacts forms listed.
Resolution
  • You may have to Synchronize Twice in order to see both forms.

  • Make sure your usernames are setup correct on the Setup screen.

  • If you've Un-Installed the WorkPDA Utility Tools in order to upgrade, It may be necessary to change the username and then change it back in order to activate it.


Problem
The WorkPDA application is installed on my PDA device and I see the Work Orders and Contacts forms listed, but NO data is getting downloaded.
Resolution
  • Make sure you have Downloaded and can see records in the View Last PDA.

  • Verify that records are loaded into the Work Sync file.
