Technical Reference
This WorkPDA Interface Utility program connects to a Access 2002 database using a ODBC data source link. This Access database file is used by the synchronization server when synchronizing with the PDA device. When using either of these Sync Data options; you're opening that access database file exclusively. This Sync Data tool is included to open and mutilate data in that file; otherwise it requires Access 2002 and not all customers would have that application installed on there system.

Starting Sync Data Tools
  • Select Help from the Main Menu Screen of this utility.

Sync Contact, use this to view, edit or delete records form the Contacts Sync data file.
Sync Work, use this to view, edit or delete records from the Work Orders Sync data file.

Note: If you delete or edit any records, you should synchronize with your PDA device. Running the Download will rebuild these sync files.

The Sync Users and Sync Groups is password protected and requires contact with EasyBee Software support staff.
