UserID License

  • ProServe II comes with One UserID License. (for a single computer)

  • ProServe II Plus Server & Single User comes with One UserID License.

  • UserID License is required for every other client (user) on your network.

  • QuickBooks Export Utility requires only one user license.

  • WorkPDA Interface Utility requires a user license per PDA device.

Support Options

Internet Support:  * Customer ID required
  • Access to our Web Site is FREE

  • Update Downloads are FREE (requires login)

  • Access to the User Forum is FREE

Monthly Phone and E-Mail Support:  * Customer ID required
  • 1st 30 days is FREE * ProServe II

  • 1st 90 days is FREE * ProServe II Plus

  • Reporting an Error or Problem with the software: FREE

  • $45.00 per month with a limit of 10 Occurrences per month

  • (Billed, If Activity during that month)

Annual Phone and E-Mail Support:  * Customer ID required
  • 1st 30 days is FREE * ProServe II

  • 1st 90 days is FREE * ProServe II Plus

  • Reporting an Error or Problem with the software: FREE

  • $395.00 per year with a limit of 25 Occurrences per month

On Site Support:
  • $65.00 per hour (within 40 Mile radius)
Custom Programming:
  • $45.00 per hour

What is Activity?
  • If you make One phone call during any month, your billed $45.00 for that month.

  • If you make Nine phone calls during any month, your billed $45.00 for that month.

  • If you make Six phone calls and Four emails during any month, your billed $45.00 for that month.

  • If you make more than Ten phone calls or emails combine during any month, your billed $45.00 for that month. All calls and emails over 10 gets rolled over into the next month.  (this has never happen)

  • If you Do Not call or email us during any month, then you do not get billed for that month.

  • We actually use ProServe II to keep track of this and do our billing!

  • This doesn't apply to the Annual Support option.
