Routing & Scheduling system, last service date based

   The concept is setting up each service account with the basic information and how often it should be worked based on last service date.

Service Account Screen

Key Components

• Schedule Type, Yearly, Monthly, (6 customizable weekly or daily increment types).

• Select Months, As you can see each can be tuned on or off.

• NSD, Next Service Date is controlled by the last service date during posting.

• MapCode, Map Book Code.

• Schedule, selecting this opens the Scheduler..  see below

Style II Scheduler..

Use the Call List Report or Call-ins to schedule all stops.

Work Orders

Print work orders and route sheets from the Style II Scheduler.

Pre-Scheduled

All Pre-Scheduled accounts gets inserted into scheduler during the posting process. All others must be scheduled from call list report or from call-ins.

Update

Select Update to remove that days route from the scheduler and make ready for the posting process.
