ProServe II offers two styles of schedulers..

Style I Scheduler..
Print from here will print the day selected. Notice the Filter options and the Toggle View..
P=Pre-Scheduled, S = Scheduled and U = Un-Scheduled
Please keep in mind, ProServe II is a Pre-Scheduled Recurring system.

As you can see you can Re-Schedule a WO by selecting the << or >> buttons and changing the Tech Code to find a slot.
Notice the "Update back To Service File" switch, you can re-schedule a WO without changing the Service Account Record.
A Open WO can also be Re-Scheduled from the Customer File Maintenance screen.
Now includes DialUp Window.
