ProServe II offers a Basic Hot Key Menu
Screen for CSRuser's rather than using the "Pull Down Menu System".
A CSRuser or "Customer Sales Representative" will work from this
menu screen most of the time.
As you can see from this sample, your basic
users can perform the most common operations
in ProServe II from here. Also
keep in mind all options can be "password"
protected.
