Pre-Scheduled Recurring
based system
|
|
The concept is
setting up each service account with the basic information and recurring
schedule. So the Service Order Creation process can create work orders based
on this information for each Week or Month. This is the heart beat of the
ProServe II version. |

fields to find an open slot. Again this is the heart beat of this product,
it's a Pre-Scheduled Recurring Based system. |
|
Work Orders |
|
After work orders
have been created for a certain month based on this file. You could then
print work orders and route schedules using many sorting options. Or you
could use one or both of the schedulers to re-schedule each days route and
then print work order tickets.
|
|
Pre-Scheduled (Pest
Control) |
|
The 1st Monday
should have a workable number of work orders for that route. This provides a
starting point for your technicians to get the work done. In the real world
35% may have to be re-scheduled, this product allows you to re-schedule
using schedulers. But it's not necessary to make any re-scheduled changes in
order for this system to function. In other words, work orders can be worked
and posted without modifying the scheduled service dates. Let me give you an
example.. If two of the jobs scheduled for the 1st Monday could not be
worked. Your technician could re-schedule it using route sheets and work
tickets or even a PDA device. This could be done without making changes to
the PC. When posting work orders, this system is not going to change the
recurring schedule for those accounts, just because they where worked on the
1st Wednesday instead of Monday. |
|
Termite Work |
|
Termite work is
setup the same way but most of the time it's setup for the 1st day of the
month. Use the Style II Scheduler to then schedule work. Print work orders
as they are scheduled on a daily bases. |
|
One Timers and Call-ins |
|
You can create
manual work orders at any time. |
|
Will this work for me? |
-
Most companies using this product allow
technicians to handle any re-scheduling. (Pest Control)
-
Termite work is scheduled using the Style II
Scheduler.
-
It's a Pre-Scheduled Recurring Based system,
it creates all your work in advance.
-
It's like creating all your work and putting
it in a bucket, then pull work out based on service date and work it. As
work is posted it's removed from your bucket. Then the whole thing starts
over again next month.
