ProServe II (US) and (UK) Version v2.01e

email... email.... email...
a) You will be able to send email directly from within ProServe.
b) You will be able to setup system defaults for all types of email.
c) Setup user defaults of some options and features.
d) Features are Open email client window, review attachments, use default RTF file format for attachments or setup your own like PDF. Default subject line, default email message body, signature setup and much more...
e) Help – Detail descriptions on all features and options is available off the new e-mail Setup screen.

email Types:
1) General email
2) Quote as RTF attachment
3) Invoice as RTF attachment
4) Statement (Aging) as RTF attachment
5) AR-History as RTF attachment
6) Cash Distribution as RTF attachment
7) Mass Mailing any attachment
8) Purchase Orders as RTF attachment
9) Reminder Notice as RTF attachment

Automated email..
1) Statements
2) Reminder Notice
3) Mass Mailing
4) Invoices

A RTF (Rich Text Format) file can be opened with MS Word or MS Wordpad or any Web Browser.

Most email will be activated during CFM (Customer File Maintenance)
For example: while viewing the Aging TAB, you can send email type Statement (Aging). After double clicking an Invoice from the AR-History TAB will offer a button to email that Invoice.

2) You can now double click the Invoice field when viewing Aging Tab off CFM screen, that will display the details of that invoice.

Compatibility
1) Installed local e-mail Client Application such as Outlook or Outlook Express.
2) This feature is not compatible with web based e-mail such as yahoo or hotmail.
3) I'm not sure about AOL.
4) Outlook Express or Vista Windows Mail will work with limited features.
5) Outlook 2000 or better is recommended for full extended features.
6) The new EasyMenu v3.01 version must be installed.
