Update Features
1) Added a Re-Sort option to the Catalog File Maintenance so users can re-sort Catalog file after adding new codes. The sort is by code.
2) The United Inches chart increments by 2 by default. When setting up larger inches users can now increment by any number up to 10. Example: 150 – 160 – 170 etc… The United Inches calculation process will now increment by 1 up to 10 before giving up on locating a valid inches.
3) Patch Shipping Calculator so users can now Click Shipping Amount to edit. (Turn off if Zero) Patches values from printing on Invoice when Shipping is off.
4) Update Shipping Add-On History during posting.. (Inventory BOX1,BOX2 etc...)
5) Added a new “Aging Hold Days” option to Customer File Maintenance, works with Credit Limit during Auto Alert feature. So now if Auto Alert is on, both the Credit Limit and Aging Hold Days is used to determine if Credit Alert is turned on or off. (Invoice Terms Days+Aging Hold Days)
Note: You must setup all Terms with the number of Days within the Interest Section for this new feature to work. It's not necessary to turn Interest ON for this to function, only setup the days of Terms in the Days field. Example: For Terms 30 Days, enter 30 into the Days field within the Interest Section. This tells ProFrame that this terms is 30 days.
6) Added Auto Alert Test to the Close and Recalculate AR programs.
7) Increased the Inventory Parent Item Quantity field from 4 to 10.4 decimals.
8) Allow Batch entry of Shipping Address during Mailing Labels.
9) New Canadian feature, Chop Matrix Chart File.. Will use this file instead of the current United Inches to calculate sale price of chops. It will still use the United Inches Chart for footage usage but will now use the Matrix for pricing chops.
